1. Access keys

To use this web sites' access key functions you will need to press both your browser access function key (e.g. the 'Alt' key), and the access key described below. Instructions on how to use the access keys, follows:

Legend for 'Keys' assignments

  • These are 'Primary' pages and can be accessed from any other 'Primary' page on the web site (these are the main navigation links at the top of each page, and some of the 'footer' links at the bottom of each page).
    • These are 'Secondary' pages and can only be accessed via the access key when you have already selected the related 'Primary' page.
      For example, press your browser access function key and the letter 'T' key, to go to the 'Therapies' page. Only when you are on the 'Therapies' page can you press your browser access function key and the letter 'A' key to access the 'Aromatherapy' page.

2. TAB key

The Page navigation, intra-page navigation, and footer navigation can all be accessed by use of the "TAB" key.
  • The "TAB" key alone moves focus from the top of the page to the bottom, and from left to right.
  • The "TAB" and "SHIFT" keys, pressed together, moves focus from the bottom of the page to the top, and from right to left.

3. Page and Arrow keys

Pressing the:
  • "Page Up" key will take you to the top of the page.
  • "Page Down" key will take you to the bottom of the page.
  • "up arrow" key will scroll to the top of the page (if a vertical scroll bar is displayed).
  • "down arrow" key will scroll to the bottom of the page (if a vertical scroll bar is displayed).
  • "left arrow" key will scroll to the left of the page (if a horizontal scroll bar is displayed).
  • "right arrow" key will scroll to the right of the page (if a horizontal scroll bar is displayed).
  • "Alt" key and "left arrow" key together, will take you back one page.
  • "Alt" key and "right arrow" key together, will take you forward one page.
